Who we are

This policy explains how this website handles information when you browse, contact us or book a strategy call.

What we collect

Calendly collects your name, email, phone number and company name when you book. Your answers are entered in Calendly’s embedded form.

Your browser stores campaign tags and booking references in session storage. Previously entered application details may also remain there until the browser session ends.

Hosting and scheduling providers may receive connection information, such as your IP address, browser details and request times, needed to serve pages and the calendar.

How we use it

We use booking details to arrange and prepare for your call, reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. We use the booking receipt to display the confirmation page.

Optional analytics and advertising run only when configured, in production, and when your browser’s privacy signals allow them. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or Calendly booking URLs as analytics event data.

Who we share it with

Calendly processes the information you submit to its booking form. Its own privacy notice also applies. Service providers that support scheduling, email and site hosting may handle information needed to deliver those services.

If analytics or advertising is enabled, the configured providers receive limited usage events and may process connection information. Provider policies and settings also govern their handling of this information.

Cookies

The solvenek-booking cookie lasts up to 24 hours. It records a completion timestamp and non-personal call details so the confirmation page works. It does not contain your name, email address or phone number.

Optional providers may set their own cookies when analytics or advertising is enabled. Browser controls can clear cookies and session storage; clearing the booking cookie removes access to the confirmation page.

Retention

The booking cookie expires after about 24 hours. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab session. Retention of booking, correspondence and provider records depends on the purpose, provider settings and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to object, restrict use or opt out. We may need to verify your request. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables this site’s analytics and ad pixels. It does not disable Calendly or the essential booking cookie. You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Security

The site relies on hosting and scheduling provider safeguards. No website or transmission method is completely secure. Please avoid including sensitive information in booking notes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, our practices or provider services change.
